About Scott Kirtland

Scott Kirtland is a dedicated real estate professional committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence. Known for his authenticity, strong communication, and client-first approach, Scott works hard to make every real estate experience as smooth and successful as possible.

Originally from Maryland, Scott attended Salisbury University before beginning a successful career in the logistics industry. During eight years as an Account Executive with Choptank Transport, he developed valuable skills in relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, and client service. That experience provided a strong foundation for his transition into real estate.
Scott began his real estate career with Keller Williams, where he spent three years building his business and serving his clients with integrity and dedication. Today, as a Realtor® with Evolve Real Estate, he proudly assists buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities.

Outside of real estate, Scott is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Lanilyn, enjoy raising their two children and exploring everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer. Family and faith are at the center of Scott’s life, and on weekends, you may find his family attending Mass at Nativity Catholic Church. He also enjoys pickleball, golf, and the occasional roller coaster.
