About Erik Dunigan

Erik Dunigan is the founder and Broker/Owner of Evolve Real Estate, as well as one of the Venice area’s most accomplished real estate professionals. Since beginning his real estate career in 2018, Erik has personally closed more than 500 sales totaling over $275 million in MLS-reported sales volume. These figures represent Erik’s personal production, not combined team or brokerage sales.

Despite his success, Erik remains actively involved in every transaction. His clients work directly with him and benefit from his market knowledge, honest guidance, strong negotiation skills, and constant accessibility. Erik understands that buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, so he makes communication and preparation a priority from the first conversation through closing.

Erik’s experience extends beyond traditional real estate sales. His entrepreneurial journey began at just 13 years old when he started his first business, which eventually grew into a successful construction company. After selling that company, he transitioned into real estate and applied the same discipline, persistence, and attention to detail to serving buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida. His construction background also gives him a valuable perspective when evaluating homes, improvements, potential concerns, and long-term value.

Originally from Michigan, Erik moved to Southwest Florida with his wife and high school sweetheart, Megan. Together, they are raising their two daughters, Lynlee and Laiklyn. When he is not working with clients, Erik enjoys spending time with his family, playing competitive pickleball, riding dirt bikes, boating, and traveling.

Erik founded Evolve Real Estate to create a modern, locally owned brokerage built around experience, accountability, and exceptional service. While he is passionate about helping other agents grow, he continues to personally represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
