Thien Phuong “Jojo” Nguyen brings a genuine passion for real estate, investing, and helping clients recognize opportunities others may overlook. Long before becoming a REALTOR®, Jojo was a real estate investor in Denver, Colorado, where she gained firsthand experience purchasing homes, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and building a portfolio of rental investments.

For more than a decade, real estate has been a major part of Jojo’s life. She has always been fascinated by the housing market and enjoys studying new listings, recent sales, neighborhood trends, property values, and emerging opportunities. Even while traveling, Jojo often finds herself exploring the local real estate market and learning what makes each area unique.

When Jojo transitioned into real estate professionally, she quickly realized she had found the career she was meant to pursue. During her first two years as a REALTOR®, she immersed herself in the business, dedicating countless hours to learning every aspect of the industry and gaining valuable experience through each transaction.

Jojo especially enjoys working with buyers, where her investment background provides a valuable perspective. She takes pride in identifying strong opportunities, analyzing property values, understanding location and long-term potential, and negotiating aggressively on behalf of her clients. Rather than simply looking at a home for what it is today, Jojo evaluates the bigger picture and helps her clients make informed, strategic decisions.

After being involved in several different businesses throughout her life, Jojo has found a career she truly loves. Her enthusiasm for real estate drives her to continually learn, grow, and stay informed about the market so she can provide the highest level of service to her clients.

Behind Jojo is a strong support system that includes her husband, three children, and extended family, who encourage and support the dedication she brings to her career.
