About Shane Dunigan

Originally from Michigan, Shane Dunigan brings decades of business experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to helping others. His career began in the early 1990s when he and his brother founded a successful auto collision business. Over the years, they expanded the company to more than seven locations and over 60 employees before selling it in 2022.

After decades of success in Michigan, Shane relocated to Venice, Florida, to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, for more than 35 years. Together, they enjoy spending time with family, boating along the Intracoastal Waterway, playing golf, and embracing the Florida lifestyle.

Shane is also a passionate sports car enthusiast whose appreciation for precision, performance, and fine craftsmanship carries into his professional life. He now applies his extensive business experience and attention to detail to real estate, working alongside his son, Erik Dunigan, Broker and Owner of Evolve Real Estate.
